NMPR turns up the heat for launch campaign
Nielsen McAllister (NMPR), the Friar Gate-based public relations consultancy, has designed and co-ordinated the launch campaign for Home Energy, the new home heating division of J Tomlinson, one of the East Midlands’ leading building services companies.
Established to offer a fast-response, localised, value for money service for the installation, maintenance and repair of boilers and heating systems, Home Energy’s high profile campaign is targeting householders across Derbyshire and the East Midlands.
NMPR devised and executed a variety of marketing and public relations activities to support the launch, including direct mail, leaflets, corporate literature and the development of a new website.
As well as the consultancy’s marketing and PR expertise, its strong local knowledge base was also a key factor behind its appointment as Home Energy Managing Director Steve Kirkland explained: “Being locally based is a particular advantage in terms of our ability to ensure customers receive a fast response and cost-effective service.
“This local connection was also important in our choice of consultancy and NMPR has operated in Derby for over 20 years and so has indepth knowledge of our market.
“Also, J Tomlinson is obviously already very well known but Home Energy is a separate company and it was important that the launch material created a strong identity and communicated our messages clearly to customers. We are very pleased with the work carried out by NMPR which has achieved these key objectives.”
Bob Bushby, Managing Director of NMPR said, “We are delighted to have supported the launch of Home Energy which has enabled us to demonstrate our wide-ranging expertise.”
NMPR offers a comprehensive range of services to meet the specific communication requirements of each client from a full public relations programme or dedicated press relations service to design and copywriting, new media and website design and event management.
The consultancy has extensive experience in packaging and food and drink and also handles business in the industrial, construction, gardening and DIY market sectors.
